Ewa Majewska, a feminist cultural theorist, activist, and author based in Warsaw, has taught at various prestigious institutions and is currently affiliated with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She has published six books, including her recent work on feminist antifascism, and contributes to numerous academic journals and platforms. Her research interests encompass archival studies, feminist critical theory, and antifascism. In "Coronafuga: Fragments of online dating discourse from pandemic times," Majewska engages in an auto-theoretical exploration of online dating during the Covid-19 pandemic. The book merges theoretical insights with digital dating conversations, creating a literary representation of intimacy discourses shaped by the pandemic. Key elements include media, dating sites, and dialogues surrounding digital flirting and immediate interactions. This publication is part of "reboot," a collaborative, anti-racist, and queer-feminist initiative that fosters dialogue between performative and research-based practices, co-hosted by the Kölnischer Kunstverein and Ludwig Forum Aachen. The first cycle, "reboot: responsiveness," established frameworks for experimental performances and discussions centered on themes like presence, intimacy, care, and responsibility.
