Modern Comfort is a sourcebook of contemporary decorating that promises a new modernity in which comfort is to the fore. From wall and floor coverings, to furniture, fabrics, lighting and storage, it highlights a range of design ideas for every room, with the emphasis on creating a home that is in tune with the way we live today. A streamlined modern aesthetic is apparent in the emphasis on the clean shapes of furniture, well thought-out storage, understated color schemes and a consistency of materials throughout a space.
