Twenty treasures presented as a medium of family memory. Each item’s history and meaning was narrated by a family member, some of whom were never able to meet the parents, grandparents or relatives associated with the object. Vintage family pictures of the original owners, who lived normal lives before the Holocaust, accompanied most exhibits.
