Más información sobre el libro
Inspired by the idea of return on investment and the allocation of funds in the educational field, this project arises from a series of considerations related to the best allocation of funds in the various schools that make up the public school system. The author argues that investing in teachers would generate a return on investment. To demonstrate this, she has conducted an in-depth analysis of the quality and quantity of training and professional development of the teachers involved in the current bilingual program of the Community of Madrid. Through questionnaires and analysis, this book conducts extensive research aimed at evaluating teacher training programs as well as measuring the level of professional development among teachers in various primary bilingual schools.
