His works are often presented directly on the floor, functioning as a gateway into a new realm of perception and memory. Focused on the relationship between material, space, time, and man, Caravaggio’s works are not meant to be representative, but rather convey the idea of nature as “pure perception,” a concept defined by Russian artist Kazimir Malevich.
