It should be a dream come true for Ellie she's spending the summer holidays doing work experience at teen magazine, Heart, meeting celebs and doing fashion makeovers. But she's fallen out with her best friend who's gone on holiday to Spain. That's making her feel bad because there's no way to make up. She's asked to conduct an exclusive interview with the son of a rock star but that doesn't go quite according to plan and Ellie feels she's been duped. Then she makes friends with George who puts the fun back into Ellie's summer.
