This book is a collection of writing about the game of soccer with contributions by literary names like Camus and Nabokov, Hans Keller, A.J.Ayer, Karl Miller and Eammon Dunphy. It also features articles such as Martin Amis on a visit to the Far East with Watford Football Club and Bill Buford on yob violence.
