Más información sobre el libro

When a young woman is ritualistically murdered in her Saint Louis apartment, police initially dismiss it as a cult killing, noting a pentacle drawn in her blood. However, city homicide detective Ben Storm seeks the expertise of his friend, Rowan Gant, a modern-day practicing Witch. Rowan discovers that the victim was one of his former students, and the clues they uncover indicate that this murder is just the beginning of a series of ritualistic killings for sinister purposes. As the investigation unfolds and the body count rises, Rowan must navigate the challenges of stopping a sadistic serial killer while confronting the prejudices and suspicions of those around him, including his best friend. The author, M. R. Sellars, born on February 20, 1962, has explored various religions and belief systems, remaining an avid student of religious diversity. He frequently gives lectures to dispel myths about WitchCraft. A member of The Nature Conservancy and the World Wildlife Fund, Sellars lives in St. Louis with his wife Kathy and their daughter Willow Ann, along with a collection of rescued animals. He is currently working on a cookbook and researching the third novel in the Rowan Gant Investigation Series. Sellars has received the Linda White Literary Excellence and Silver Quill Awards for his short stories, which inspired the first novel in the series.
