This hilarious book tells the story of Gordon and his babysitter. But this is not your average babysitter. Lily Jigg Popsicle is a new babysitter, and she has very unusual ideas about what babysitting involves. Gordon is happy to go to bed, turn the light off and go to sleep. Lily Jigg Popsicle, however, thinks going to bed is boring and wants to PLAY! Gordon takes a lot of persuading, but eventually joins in with her crazy games, and they have great fun, until they hear the parents coming home, when they have to clear up, get Gordon into bed, and Lily Jigg Popsicle into something resembling a responsible babysitter again!
