Zjistíte, jaké slavné osobnosti to které plemeno vlastnili a jak se dostali tito psi do Ameriky. To, že autoři pocházejí z Floridy, poznáte i na konci každé kapitoly, kde najdete Základní údaje. Informace o povaze a využití jsou samozřejmě stejné jako ty, které najdete ve standardech FCI. Horší to už je se vzhledem a hlavně se zbarvením některých plemen. To musíte brát trochu s rezervou. Přesto je tato ojedinělá publikace psí historie určitě pro kynology velmi zajímavá.
