This resource is designed to assist individuals struggling with anger, whether used in one-on-one settings or within anger management groups. In my Coaching Practice, I employ both methods. The concepts and skills presented are best learned through practice, repeated review, and completing accompanying homework. Before my Christian journey, I faced extreme anger and recognized the need for change. I began healing my wounds and learning tools to identify triggers and process past and present hurts. Understanding the connection between anger and sin was a challenge, but I discovered that not all anger is sinful. Many individuals I’ve worked with share this struggle and often feel shame, experiencing a disconnect that seems vast. This resource provides tools to identify unhealthy anger and the damage it can inflict on our lives and relationships. Everyone grapples with anger to some degree, and knowing how to manage and express it in a healthy, godly manner is crucial. This workbook is an excellent resource for facilitators leading 12-week anger management groups for Christians, offering material that is centered on faith. It will help guide individuals in developing the skills necessary for successful anger management from a Christian perspective.
