»Blitz-Krieg« Das deutsche Raser-Kontrollsystem sucht weltweit seinesgleichen. Drei Millionen Mal im Jahr blitzt es. Dies dient der Einnahme von Strafgebühren und der Erziehung der Bürger. Ein echter Doppelnutzen, theoretisch jedenfalls. Praktisch kann man daran seine Zweifel haben. Lasse Rasen hat eigene Erfahrungen in diesem »Blitz-Krieg« gemacht. Er hat alle Eskalationsstufen mit Ausnahme des Führerscheinentzugs durchlaufen und alle Formen der Verkehrserziehung erleben dürfen. Denn er fuhr zu häufig zu schnell, nicht extrem, aber eben zu schnell. Und so bekam er die Chance, an Umerziehungsmaßnahmen teilzunehmen, was er in Demut tat. Aber dann stellte sich heraus: In diesen Aufbauseminaren geht es gar nicht um Erziehung, es geht ausschließlich um den Erhalt der Freiheit zu rasen.
