Durch die Artikel über Hermux' Heldentaten ist er auf den Uhrmacher aufmerksam geworden und beauftragt ihn mit Ermittlungen. Linka ist währenddessen mit einem schmierigen Typen vom Film unterwegs. Wieder einmal ist Tucka, die Herrin des Schönheitsimperiums, Drahtzieherin bei den üblen Machenschaften. Aber mit viel Glück und Draufgängertum kann Hermux die Bedrohung für das Theater abwenden. Schließlich fasst er sich sogar ein Herz und gesteht der heimgekehrten Linka seine Liebe. Im 3. Band um den Mäuserich Hermux geht es zwar nicht ganz so rasant zu wie im Vorgängerband ("Hermux Tantamoq Das Geheimnis der verbotenen Zeit", BA 11/03), aber spannend ist die Handlung allemal. Liebevoll werden einzelne Details wie Haustierhaltung bei den Mäusen und Modefragen ausgeleuchtet. Zur Fortsetzung der empfohlenen Serie. Mäuserich Hermux hat sich mittlerweile einen Ruf als Detektiv erworben. So kommt er zu einem Auftrag, bei dem er undercover in einem Theater ermitteln muss. Ab 12

Watchmaker Hermux Tantamoq is a hard-working mouse who is thankful for the ordinary things in life: doughnuts, coffee, peaceful evenings at home with his pet ladybird. But his quiet life takes a dramatic turn when Ms Linka Perflinger, dashing daredevil, aviatrix and adventuress, bursts into his watch shop, drops off a broken watch and steals his heart. Hermux can't wait to see Ms Perflinger again, but she doesn't return. Instead, a shady-looking rat comes in and demands her watch. Fearing something is amiss, Hermux follows the rat and soon finds himself in the middle of a dangerous web of deception and intrigue. What has happened to Ms Perflinger? Who is the mysterious Dr Mennus he keeps hearing about, and how is he connected with Hermux's eccentric neighbor, cosmetics tycoon Tucka Mertslin? Suddenly, Hermux's life is full of twists and turns and things are anything but ordinary. Hermux must be daring. He must be vigilant. And he doesn't know how. Hermux Tantamoq è un topo per bene, che conduce una vita tranquilla e ordinata. Quando torna a casa dopo una giornata di lavoro nella sua bottega di orologiaio, si mette comodo e inizia a sfogliare il giornale. Un giorno però Hermux trova nel giornale la fotografia di una cliente che al mattino gli ha portato a riparare un orologio da polso, una topolina dinamica e sbarazzina che non era più riuscito a levarsi dalla testa.
