Er spielt daher eine zentrale Rolle bei der Stärkung der sozialen Solidarität unter den pakhtunischen Stämmen und trägt wesentlich zur Aufrechterhaltung der sozialen Ordnung in der pakhtunischen Gesellschaft bei.
