El Dr. Antonio M. López es un experto en visión por computadora, centrado en la detección de objetos para Sistemas Avanzados de Asistencia al Conductor (ADAS) y conducción autónoma. Su investigación se enfoca en la adaptación de dominios, particularmente en aplicar modelos entrenados con datos sintéticos de gráficos por computadora a escenarios del mundo real. López dirige el Grupo ADAS en el Centro de Visión por Computadora (CVC) y es profesor asociado de Ciencias de la Computación en la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), donde también imparte ingeniería de software.
