Nigel Hinton's journey from a school dropout to a successful author and teacher is inspiring. After nine years of teaching, he transitioned to writing, achieving acclaim with his first book, COLLISION COURSE, followed by the popular BUDDY series. His work culminated in the award-winning THE FINDERS, recognized with the 1994 Children's Book Award for middle fiction. Hinton's diverse talents also include screenwriting and songwriting for the film adaptation of BUDDY'S SONG. He currently resides in Sussex.
