    John Hedgecoe fue un fotógrafo y autor británico que dio forma significativamente al mundo de la fotografía. Su obra, especialmente el retrato de la Reina presente en los sellos postales británicos, se encuentra entre las imágenes más reproducidas a nivel mundial. Estableció y dirigió el departamento de fotografía en el Royal College of Art, donde se convirtió en profesor y un educador influyente.
