Die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Arzneimitteln und Tensiden haben in jüngster Zeit aufgrund der weit verbreiteten Anwendung von Tensiden im pharmazeutischen Bereich an Aufmerksamkeit gewonnen. Die physiochemische Wechselwirkung von Arzneimitteln mit Tensidmizellen kann als eine Annäherung an ihre Wechselwirkungen mit biologischem Gewebe auf molekularer Ebene dargestellt werden, nämlich ihre Fähigkeit, an die Membran zu binden, was zu einer Arzneimittelwirkung führt. In dieser Arbeit werden die physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften untersucht, um die kritische Mizellenkonzentration (CMC) und die thermodynamischen Eigenschaften, d. h. die Werte von H°m, G°m und S°m von Tensiden i.d. h. anionisches Tensid Natriumdodecylsulfat (SDS), kationisches Tensid Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid (CTAB), nichtionisches Tensid TWEEN 20 in Gegenwart des antimikrobiellen Wirkstoffs Itraconazol bei verschiedenen Temperaturen von 25ºC, 30ºC und 35ºC. Weitere topische Gelformulierungen wurden gebildet und ihre physikalische und analytische Bewertung (physikalisches Erscheinungsbild und Verteilbarkeit) mit Hilfe der optimalen Konzentration von Medikamenten/Tensiden untersucht.
Proteine werden in den heutigen Reinigungsmitteln in großem Umfang verwendet; allerdings gibt es nicht sehr viele Untersuchungen, die die chemische Dosis und ihre Beziehung zu anderen Substanzen untersuchen. Reinigungsmittel auf Katalysatorbasis werden schon seit langem zur Verbesserung der Reinigungsleistung von Reinigungsmitteln eingesetzt. In dieser Untersuchung geht es hauptsächlich um die Herstellung eines Reinigungsmittels, das mit Hilfe von chemischer Lipase perfekt, konditionsfreundlich und produktiv ist, und um die Beobachtung seiner Verbindung mit Tensiden, d.h. SDS, CTAB, Tween-20. Verschiedene Untersuchungen werden bei vier verschiedenen Temperaturen durchgeführt, nämlich bei 25 C, 30 C, 35 C und 40 C. Die physikalisch-chemischen Eigenschaften werden untersucht, um den Grundmizellenfokus (CMC), die thermodynamischen Parameter ( H m, S m, G m) von Natriumdodecylsulfat (SDS), Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid (CTAB) und Tween 20 zu ermitteln. Die Oberflächendruckmessungen werden zusätzlich für Natriumdodecylsulfat (SDS), Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid (CTAB) und Tween 20 durchgeführt.
