Base on Wavelet Shrinkage Denoising Based Compounding Method
The research explores a novel compounding method utilizing wavelet shrinkage denoising (WSD) to effectively reduce speckle noise in ultrasound images. By decomposing radio-frequency signals into subsignals, the method enhances image quality through envelope detection and summation. Optimal weighting coefficients are determined by differentiating the contrast noise ratio (CNR), further improving results. The performance of this approach is quantitatively and qualitatively evaluated against existing methods using both phantom and in vivo data, demonstrating its effectiveness in noise reduction and image enhancement.

Im Vergleich mit der alten Richtlinie wurden zahlreiche neue Verbraucherschutzinstrumente in der neuen Richtlinie eingeführt: Vollharmonisierungsprinzip, vorvertragliche Pflichten des Kreditgebers, Kündigungsrecht bei unbefristeten Kreditverträgen, Widerrufsrecht, vorzeitige Rückzahlung usw. Neben einem erhöhten Verbraucherschutzniveau führten die neuen Instrumente zu umfangreicher Diskussion in der Literatur und Praxis. Die Verletzung von Pflichten führt nicht nur zur verwaltungsrechtlichen Sanktion, sondern auch zum zivilrechtlichen Schadensersatzanspruch. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in dem zivilrechtlichen Schadensersatzanspruch bei Verletzung der Bonitätsprüfungspflicht durch die Kreditgeber.
