Found unconscious in a field in Burgundy, Eve, for that is what the nuns called her, is a mystery. She has no memory. Now a year after they discovered her, the only nun left alive in the convent is Sister Heloise. The rest were killed by the men who arrived looking for Eve. Eve must escape, but where can she go?
