Book Description The fourth official tie-in novel to MASS EFFECT, the award-winning videogame Product Description This novel continues the all-new, completely original story begun in the first three MASS EFFECT stories. The heroine, Gillian, was once the subject of horrifying scientific experiments, but now, after her rescue, she is beginning to master her amazing powers. But when she falls under the sway of a radical group who believes their powers make them superior to ordinary humans, she finds herself faced with a choice between her destiny . . . and her humanity. About the Author WILLIAM C. DIETZ is the best-selling author of more than thirty novels some of which have been translated into German, Russian, and Japanese. Dietz has been employed as a surgical technician, college instructor, news writer, television producer and Director of Public Relations and Marketing for an international telephone company. Dietz is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, the Writer's Guild, and the International Association of Media Tie-In Writers. He and his wife live in Washington State where they enjoy traveling, kayaking, and not too surprisingly, reading books.
