Más información sobre el libro

Roy and Frankie are matchstick men, or small-time crooks. Over their long partnership in scams and cons, they have come to know each other intimately and form a well-oiled team. Roy is the cautious type, counting every cent and taking his medication on time. If he forgets his pills, his obsessive-compulsive disorder flares up, leaving him so nauseous that he can only stare at the tips of his shoes. Frankie is more adventurous and eagerly awaits the day they will finally hit the big score. However, Roy is preoccupied for good reason: he has just discovered that he is the father of a teenager from a long-ago marriage. This girl, who does not let anything stand in her way, has now decided to follow in her father's footsteps, much to Frankie's frustration.
