Running Away from Richard

Lizzie Jordan has her life all mapped out: a glittering acting career at the RSC, followed by Hollywood, Oscars, babies, and hapiness--including her marriage to Richard. But instead, Lizzie is sharing a cockroach-infested house in Venice Beach, California, working as a waitress in a transvestite bar and pretending to be the fiancée of a gay Hollywood director.
