Over the years practicing as a psychologist, I have counselled multiple people who have struggled with addiction, been in codependence relationships, or struggled with overcoming procrastination and laziness. Based on their cases and stories, I decided to write this book to help other people who may be struggling with similar problems. This book discusses in detail what these problems are, how to detect the hidden ones among them, identify their root causes and offers a guide to overcoming these problems.In addition, measures to take to prevent a relapse are discussed.It is my hope that the information contained in the book would be able to guide anybody that is facing these issues on how to turn their lives around for the better.
