Bridge of Light is divided into four sections. Section I, Temple of Light, takes us into a special space that has been prepared for us by the beings of light. We develop special breathing rhythms to slow our brain waves and practice sending and receiving messages using soul frequencies. Section II, Bridges of Light, shows us how to spin a Bridge of Light from the substance of our hearts to the qualities of our soul such as joy, love, courage, trust, truth, compassion, or confidence. Once these Bridges of Light have been created in our imagination, we can use them to expand our awareness of ordinary reality.
