A stable and reliable energy supply is crucial for resilience against political and economic pressures. The NATO Warsaw Summit in 2016 highlighted that energy developments could significantly impact political and security dynamics within the alliance. This book compiles papers from the NATO Advanced Research Workshop "Addressing Emerging Security Risks for Energy Flows over South Caucasus," held in Tbilisi, Georgia, in December 2016.
