The story of Rafael Sanchez Mazas - writer and fascist, founder of the Spanish Falange and minister in Franco's first government - and an unknown republican soldier. At the heart of this "true tale" are the last days of the Civil War, when the unknown soldier chooses not to shoot Sanchez Mazas.
