Dr. Mostafa Hefny is of Egyptian, Nubian/African origin, and his self-identity and assertion that he should not be classified as a white man in United States legal and professional papers has caused him innumerable social, mental and professional harm and suffering. Dr. Hefny came to the US in 1978 and became a U.S. citizen in 1985.
