A River in the Sky

In August 1910, Amelia Peabody and her husband, Emerson, are drawn into an adventure when Major Morley invites them to Palestine to find the Ark of the Covenant. Emerson, initially skeptical, is swayed by concerns of espionage. Meanwhile, their son Ramses uncovers a deadly plot that he must relay to his parents.
