Breaking the silence

Focusing on the experiences of 24 lesbian clients in therapy, this research reveals significant dissatisfaction with the services provided. Through qualitative interviews, participants expressed feelings of prejudice and pathologization from practitioners, highlighting a need for openness about therapists' sexualities and attitudes.
