Sexual Slavery in America

A history of involuntary sexual slavery from antiquity through the present (being the time of original publication in 1930). A good scholarly and detailed history of sexual slavery in our European heritage and among Indians, Africans, and Europeans in the development of the U.S. The author differentiates chattel slavery, marital slavery, psychological (cult) slavery; and extensively refers to forced prostitution (by coercion, threat of violence, violence and drugging, abduction and rape).
