This is a collection of stories that will capture the hearts and imaginations of children, leading them to an understanding of right from wrong. These parables are from a time gone by and contain important learning lessons about morals, values, and kindness by which to live. All of these tales were shared with the children in the congregation of author Rabbi Daniel Roberts throughout his 35-year career at Temple Emanu El in Cleveland, Ohio. Every story contains a life lesson intended to evoke discussion. Throughout the stories the reader follows a small community and royal family as they are challenged with life lessons and counseled by their Rabbi.
