She even pulls from medical literature. She handles the FDA, which we know doesn’t always work in the best interest of the people. This is truly a complete guide, as it even includes the history of internal cleansing, testimonials, and even a chapter on fasting! It tells you what foods to avoid and discusses ailments of an unhealthy colon. If you want to learn how critically important internal cleansing is, and how to accomplish it, this is a must read book.
