Daren Wang es el Director Ejecutivo fundador del Festival del Libro AJC Decatur, que ahora cumple doce años. Como productor de radio pública, produjo y/o presentó varias series, entre ellas The Spoken Word, Porches: The South and Her Writers, Circle of Friends, Between the Lines, ArtVoice y Atlanta Forum. Sus escritos han aparecido en Paste Magazine, Five Points Magazine, el Atlanta Journal Constitution, AJC Travel, The Saporta Report, entre otros. The Hidden Light of Northern Fires es su primera novela. Es licenciado por la Universidad de Cornell y vive en Decatur, Georgia, con su esposa Eva.
