The research focuses on assessing the sustainability of the drinking water supply system in the Paso Ancho community. Utilizing a quantitative and descriptive observational method, the study employed the PROPILAS methodology to gather field data. Findings reveal that the system has undergone modifications and faces significant issues, including pipe problems, storage basin deficiencies, and inadequate electrical demand control. These challenges contribute to irregular water supply and user dissatisfaction, highlighting the urgent need for improvements in service continuity.

La investigación evalúa la sostenibilidad del sistema de abastecimiento de agua potable en Paso Ancho, Estelí. Utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo y la metodología PROPILAS, se identificaron problemas en tuberías y almacenamiento, así como dificultades en el suministro, lo que genera inconformidad entre los usuarios.
