It highlights the historical efforts by the United Nations, European Union, and International Labor Organization to address wage equality and combat discrimination. While progress has been made, the need for ongoing advocacy for equal pay for equal work remains crucial. The incorporation of this principle in the Argentine Constitution reflects a commitment to achieving true equality in the workplace.
