The Role of Problem-based Learning E-portfolios on Writing Skill

The study explores the impact of a Problem-Based Learning (PBL) e-portfolio on improving the syntactic aspects of writing among students. Conducted at a university in Iran, the research combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Results showed significant enhancement in writing proficiency within the experimental group, highlighting that online composition posting, evaluation, and self-assessment support learning. Additionally, students' perceptions and conceptions greatly influence their learning approach, with those holding higher perceptions demonstrating notable progress in their writing skills.
