Focusing on the inadequate perception of breast cancer risk among women aged 30 and older, this study evaluates an educational program aimed at improving awareness and early diagnosis. Conducted from January 2019 to December 2020 with 54 participants, the research highlighted concerning statistics: many women had poor knowledge, unhealthy lifestyles, and inadequate self-examination practices. The program led to significant positive changes in modifiable risk factors, although smoking habits remained unchanged, demonstrating its overall effectiveness in enhancing awareness and health behaviors.
