Focusing on the impact of abbreviated text messaging on grammar learning, this study was conducted at Samora Machell Secondary School in Mbeya city with a sample of 25 respondents, including both teachers and students. It aims to explore how abbreviated messaging affects students' grammar usage, the factors influencing this phenomenon, and potential solutions to improve grammar understanding. The research addresses the implications of modern communication methods on educational outcomes, particularly in the context of secondary education.
