The Garvey School Libros

This book is the first attempt by Pre-K students to draw and write about the habitats of animals in Cameroon.They were given outlines of animals that they then colored in with markers and water. Writings about their habitats accompany the artwork.

Writings and watercolor paintings of the animals of Cameroon done by kindergarten, first, and second grade students at The Garvey School in the Bronx, New York. These works are hand written by the children after completing their own research.
