Ha enseñado y formado a profesores en Gran Bretaña, Francia, China, Tíbet y Madagascar, y ha impartido talleres y cursos para profesores en todo el mundo. Actualmente es profesora principal en la School of English and Applied Linguistics de Unitec, en Auckland, Nueva Zelanda.
