With a total of more than 10,000 operated patients worldwide, the implantation of cochlear devices has become the most effective technique in the treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with sensorineural hearing loss. The number of cochlear implant users, notably in Asian countries, is expected to grow significantly within the next few years.
