Glass science in art and conservation

The GLASSAC offers glass experts an international forum of exchange. The 3rd GLASSAC conference, held at the Bronnbach Monastery on 10th to 12th May 2011, focuses on glass art from the 19th to the 21st century including vessel glass, stained glass windows, glass mosaics, and modern glass shaping in architecture. The topics range from glass technology and analysis to conservation issues, dating, and provenance.
