Más información sobre el libro
The first edition of “International Dispute Resolution – Selected Documents” provided a comprehensive collection of key documents, including treaties, model laws, national laws, and arbitration rules. A revised and extended edition has become necessary due to updates and new documents entering into force. This edition is aimed not only at students in the LL. M. program but also at universities, practitioners, policy-makers, and international lawyers. The Europa-Institut, the editor, is the second oldest institution of its kind in Europe, having educated over 5,000 students in European and International Law since its founding in 1951. Each year, students from more than 30 countries join the one-year postgraduate master’s program in “European and International Law,” focusing on the legal, political, economic, and cultural foundations of the European Union. The program features five special study units: European Integration, European Economic Law, Foreign Trade and Investment, International Dispute Resolution, and European Protection of Human Rights. It offers flexibility in course selection and can be completed in English, German, or a combination, leading to the Master of Laws (LL. M.) degree. Recognizing gaps in existing collections, the institute has published four volumes tailored to the LL. M. program, with “International Dispute Resolution” as the first volume.
