Mother tongue based-multilingual education (MTB-MLE) in the Ilocano culture and heritage

"The implementation of the Mother Tongue Based-Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE) provides a new strategic direction to enrich the Ilocano language with the national perspectives of the Filipino culture.
