Shows that despite abundant water and land resources, Zambia's agricultural sector is underdeveloped and has yet to achieve food security. Analyses the agricultural sector in Zambia under changing climatic and economic conditions, asking how the situation in this sector evolved and which policies and measures could turn it into a positive development.
