She turns to her attractive new neighbor, Nick Brown, feeling an inexplicable connection. Unbeknownst to her, Nick is the author she adored online. He has his reasons for using a pen name and distancing himself from others, but he soon realizes that the quiet girl from down the hall is the same Lily he fell for through their emails. Despite his growing feelings, he agrees to help her find someone else, complicating their neighborly relationship as he struggles to forget her.
