The Book of Aron

Set against the backdrop of World War II, the story follows eight-year-old Aron as his family transitions from a rural Polish village to the oppressive environment of Warsaw. As the German occupation tightens its grip, Aron's life spirals into hardship, leading him to become a master smuggler in a desperate bid for survival. Ultimately, he encounters Janusz Korczak, a compassionate figure who runs a Jewish orphanage and helps restore Aron's lost humanity amid the chaos and despair surrounding him.
