George Kranky's holiday takes an unexpected turn when his Grandma arrives, turning his life upside down with her demanding nature. Frustrated, George concocts a bizarre medicine using everyday items, which unexpectedly causes Grandma to grow into a giant, breaking through the farmhouse roof. As his parents grapple with the situation, Dad devises a plan to profit from the giant animals that could result from the medicine.
