Lucy Lightfoot is a cloud hopper; she lives with her family on the Lightfoot cloud high up above the earth in the land of the cloud dwellers. Lucy and her friends spend their time racing through the mist, chasing the wind, spinning and turning to catch small wisps of cloud and gathering pollen to make food. But can Lucy brave the dark, murky world of the Fogfeet and rescue Princess Angelica? Will Fin the Fast's dream finally come true when all the cloud dwellers are invited to come together for a great gathering in the cloud of the shining sun?
